Terms of Service

Circle3 offers WooCommerce plugins in two tiers:

• Free versions are distributed via WordPress.org under the GPL-2.0-or-later license. You may use, modify, and redistribute them under the terms of that license.
• Pro versions are distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later and sold as annual subscriptions for official downloads, updates, support, and license activations on the number of sites covered by your license key.

A Pro license key entitles you to:

• Activate official Pro updates on the licensed number of sites
• Receive plugin updates for the duration of your active subscription
• Access priority support

Pro subscriptions are available as Solo, Business, and Agency plans. The plan controls the number of production sites that can activate official updates and support access. You may additionally use a license on a staging or local development environment for the same site. Your use and redistribution rights for the plugin code itself are governed by GPL-2.0-or-later.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Pro licenses are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed in EUR before tax and may vary by region due to local tax regulations applied by Lemon Squeezy. Your purchase transaction is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and checkout policies.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who acts as the legal seller in your transaction. All statutory consumer rights — including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU — are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, contact Lemon Squeezy support via your order confirmation email or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.

Outside the statutory withdrawal period, refund requests can be sent to support@wirecore.net and are evaluated case by case.

Plugin updates are provided for the duration of an active Pro subscription. Support is provided via email at support@wirecore.net. We aim to respond within 2 business days. We do not guarantee support for customisations, third-party plugin conflicts, or hosting environments that do not meet our minimum requirements.

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party plugins and themes. Use in production environments is at your own risk — we strongly recommend testing on a staging site before deploying updates.

Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract, are not affected.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. In all other cases, WireCore's liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

These Terms are governed by German law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the updated date on this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
