No. Archiving only changes the order status to wc-archived. Every record stays in your database and remains visible in WooCommerce reports, CSV exports, and refund workflows.
Yes. The plugin uses WooCommerce's native order APIs exclusively and is fully compatible with High Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Yes, at any time. Use the Restore bulk action on the orders list or the per-order dropdown. Restored orders return to their previous status.
No. Archived orders continue to appear in WooCommerce Analytics, revenue totals, and customer history. The status change has no effect on reporting.
Solo activates on 1 site, Business on 5 sites, and Agency on 25 sites. Deactivating a site frees up the slot.
